Detailed introduction
By adopting a serrated thread design combined with a shoulder-to-shoulder connection method, the threaded joint performance can be effectively enhanced, while also improving sealing capabilities. Additionally, this specially designed flat-end tubing can replace thickened tubing without compromising performance—and it significantly extends service life, allowing for up to 16 successful make-up and break-out cycles while still maintaining excellent sealing and connection integrity.
Scope of application: Any steel grade and specification from 1.900 to 4-1/2 inches, with wall thickness ranging from 4.83 to 9.65 mm; suitable for well depths of 3,500–5,000 meters in medium-to-low pressure, water-sealed oil and gas wells, handling cyclic fracturing pressures of 30–70 MPa, supporting multi-stage fracturing tests, and enabling repeated make-up and break-out operations.
