After-Sales Service Commitment and Measures
The company adheres to the principles of "scientific management, high-quality efficiency, and integrity in fulfilling commitments," offering comprehensive after-sales services throughout the entire lifecycle of projects that have successfully passed completion and acceptance checks (service period = warranty period + post-warranty support). During the warranty period, we provide free replacement for any failures caused by quality issues, taking full responsibility for the repairs. After the warranty expires, we continue to deliver ongoing technical support. Specific measures include signing after-sales assurance agreements, conducting regular quality follow-ups and customer feedback visits on delivered projects, and providing periodic training sessions for operators. In the event of an issue, our team promptly arrives on-site for resolution and thoroughly documents the situation for future reference. In terms of service response times, technicians will reach you within 2 hours in the Yulin and Yan'an regions (on-site user support), while a dedicated phone support hotline is available—customers must notify us at least 3 days in advance of any changes. If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone, we dispatch specialized personnel to handle it directly on-site, ensuring your equipment operates safely and efficiently according to industry standards. Please note, however, that the following scenarios are explicitly excluded from the warranty coverage: damage caused by improper tools, failure due to environmental conditions not meeting recommended specifications, accidental disasters, or negligence and misuse.
