By employing a threaded design with a two-stage, dual primary sealing surface structure that creates a three-level seal, the system maintains reliable sealing contact pressure under complex loading conditions while significantly reducing the risk of stress corrosion in the primary seal.
Scope of application: Any steel grade and specification—from 2-7/8 to 9-5/8—with wall thickness ranging from 5.51 to 12.7 mm; suitable for well depths of 3,500 to 6,000 meters, with cyclic fracturing pressures between 60 and 90 MPa, operating pressures ≤70 MPa, and temperatures ≤150°C, as well as gas wells featuring a maximum dogleg severity of ≤20° per 30 meters.
