JIASHENG

YAN'AN JIASHENG PETROLEUM MACHINERY CO., LTD (hereinafter referred to as Yan'an JIASHENG) was established during the early years of China's reform and opening-up policy. Rooted in Yan'an, the revolutionary holy land, the company is located in the Yan'an High-Tech Industrial Development Zone. Over the past three decades, with the comprehensive support from the CPC Central Committee for revitalizing and developing the old revolutionary base areas, coupled with strong backing from governments at various levels in Shaanxi Province and Yan'an City, as well as robust assistance from major domestic oilfields, Yan'an JIASHENG has consistently adhered to its development philosophy of "technology-driven innovation, project-based support, talent complementarity, profit prioritization, and incentive-driven mechanisms." Leveraging its five key advantages—innovation, technology, location, service, and pricing—it has meticulously focused on the manufacturing, R&D, and on-site services of oil well tubing products, continuously enhancing its expertise and market competitiveness.

In recent years, the company has earned prestigious accolades such as the National Green Factory title, National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise status, High-Tech Enterprise certification, and a Provincial Enterprise Technology Center. Additionally, it has been recognized as a national-level "Little Giant" enterprise specializing in niche and innovative products, as well as an outstanding private enterprise receiving key support from the Yan'an Municipal Government. Currently, the company is actively advancing green, circular, and remanufacturing projects, while also pioneering the development of new materials and advanced steel grades. These efforts are squarely aligned with its commitment to supporting the development of unconventional oil and gas resources, fostering resource-efficient petroleum pipe technologies, and responding to the call for cultivating new forms of productivity and embracing intelligent manufacturing.

The company’s production and R&D industrial park spans an impressive 70,000㎡, featuring eight state-of-the-art, digitally advanced production lines for oil-specific tubing—each operating at a domestically leading level. The facility boasts an annual capacity to produce 500,000 tons of oil casing, 50,000 tons of green, recyclable oil tubing through innovative remanufacturing processes, and 50,000 tons of corrosion-resistant oil tubing. Its product portfolio includes the full range of API-standard tubing, the TC-50 series of casings, and specialized non-API threaded oil casings tailored for unique applications. The company’s products are primarily distributed to major Chinese oilfields, including Changqing Oilfield, Southwest Oil & Gas Field, Xinjiang Oilfield, Dagang Oilfield, Chuanqing Drilling, Coalbed Methane Company, and Yanchang Petroleum Group. Additionally, several of its high-strength, high-alloy oil casings have earned widespread acclaim and recognition from customers in Central Asia, with successful deployments and growing adoption in countries like Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan.

Looking ahead, Yan'an JIASHENG will actively respond to the CPC Central Committee's new requirements for the development of the private economy, fulfilling its social, political, and economic responsibilities as a leading private enterprise in Shaanxi Province. We are committed to making further contributions to the economic growth of Yan'an, the region's revolutionary old base, while injecting fresh momentum into local industrial development and job creation. Closely aligning with the strategic direction of oil and gas field production and infrastructure development, we will thoughtfully plan our company’s high-quality growth strategy. In particular, we will proactively address green initiatives such as designing corrosion-resistant oil and casing steel grades, optimizing surface treatments and protective coatings, and exploring innovative approaches to the repair and reuse of oil and casing pipes—thereby supporting and advancing the nation’s overall oil and gas development goals, as well as the ambitious national targets of "carbon peaking" and "carbon neutrality."
