Detailed introduction
It employs a two-stage sealing structure featuring threaded connections and shoulder interfaces, along with a threaded transition design. This ensures that after tightening, the threaded seal maintains adequate contact pressure, while the threaded transition area effectively distributes the applied load. Compared to conventionally used specialized gas-tight threaded connectors in the industry, this design eliminates the need for a separate sealing surface, resulting in material savings, lower manufacturing costs, and easier inspection processes.
Scope of application: Any steel grade and specification—from 4-1/2 to 9-5/8 inches—with wall thickness ranging from 7.72 to 12.7 mm; suitable for well depths of 3,500 to 5,500 meters in medium-to-low-pressure, water-sealed oil and gas wells, operating under pressures up to 55 MPa and temperatures up to 150°C, and designed for low-permeability horizontal wells with a maximum dogleg severity of ≤20° per 30 meters.
