Detailed introduction
The threaded structure employs a guided-surface separation design, preventing thread galling or seizing. The guide surface angle (45°) ensures easy engagement and disengagement, while the load-bearing surface angle (0°) simplifies manufacturing. Additionally, the parallel root and crest lines of the threads make inspection straightforward.
Scope of application: Available in any steel grade and specification—from 4-1/2 to 9-5/8 inches—with wall thickness ranging from 7.37 to 12.7 mm. Suitable for well depths of 3,500–5,500 meters, ideal for medium- to low-pressure oil and gas wells, and capable of handling maximum reservoir pressures up to 69 MPa. The product can withstand 20 cycles of internal pressure without leakage.
