On December 2, 2025, Li Xiongwei, Director of the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Department of Yan'an Vocational and Technical College, led a 3-member team to Yan'an Jiasheng Company for a school-enterprise cooperation exchange negotiation, together with Wang Shuai (Executive President Assistant & Director of Industrial Software Business Division of Beijing Jingdiao) and Li Zheng (Business Manager of Beijing Jingdiao).
During the discussion, the college clarified the core cooperation directions: By accurately identifying talents to match the company's job demands, implementing customized targeted training, and recommending high-quality students for on-job internships, it will effectively address the dual pain points of the company's recruitment difficulties and the college's employment challenges. Meanwhile, leveraging its faculty advantages, the college will assist the company in resolving vocational skill level certification issues, provide professional knowledge training for the company's employees to enhance their core business skills, and the two parties plan to jointly carry out scientific research projects based on their respective resources to deepen all-round and multi-level cooperation.
In addition, the school-enterprise representatives and Beijing Jingdiao’s delegates conducted in-depth discussions on topics such as technical innovation in steel-grade steel processing, digital technical support implementation, precise delivery of high-quality talents, and business strategies for the company to adapt to the times. This negotiation consolidated the consensus on school-enterprise cooperation, broadened cooperation ideas with high-quality industry resources, and laid a solid foundation for subsequent in-depth collaboration between the two parties in industry-education integration, talent co-cultivation, and scientific research synergy.
