On July 14, 2025, Comrade Xi Jiami, President of Yan'an University, and his delegation visited Yan'an Jiasheng Company to conduct in-depth field research activities. During the research process, exchanges and discussions were held on the development and delivery of useful talents, retention of enterprise talents, and innovation of school enterprise cooperation models. Comrade Su Zhonggui, Chairman of Jiasheng Company, gave a detailed introduction to the progress of the company's production scale, green circular remanufacturing, and intelligent production projects. At the same time, he expressed the urgent need for efficient and high skilled talents, especially in talent cultivation and technology research and development. President Xi Jiami stated that Yan'an University will leverage its talent cultivation advantages to cultivate outstanding talents for the company.
